The world is filled with locations where great magic flows strongly. Though their locations have been lost to time, legends speak of them in many cultures. Some of the legends include these places.

The first tree to take root at the creation of the world stays lush all year. Being in its presence bestows a feeling of connection to the entire world and the ability to gleam the knowledge that belongs to its creatures. As long as you remain within the reach of its branches, you also gain the wisdom needed to make use of this knowledge. Many believe that animals maintain a tie to The World Tree, granting their knowledge of how to survive from birth and awareness of weather disasters.

Hidden somewhere in the great oceans is said to be a sudden drop that leads to the sea floor. The water suddenly comes to a stop and falls as if surrounding a pillar. If one survives the fall to the bottom, the power to return life to the dead and manipulate souls as they wish will belong to them.

Lost somewhere in the clouds is the home of the angels. The isles' innate magic allows them to remain in the sky and continually move, slowly following the sun. Only creatures of great strength and honor can find the isles by being drawn to them, but once there can enjoy the love of their peers and a luxurious life surrounded by beautiful plants and flavorful fruits.

Unlimited power flows from the center of this mighty volcano. Many have traveled into the depths of any magma-spewing rock they could find in search of limitless energy, only to never be seen again. Rumors cannot confirm if they perished in the heat, or rather actually succeeded and are now enjoying their reward. Harnessing the strength of the Spirit Mountain would be the ultimate weapon to harness against any foe or allow fuel every ritual you could desire.

A tunnel with many paths that each leads to countless more. It is easy to get lost with the unlimited ways to go, and each path shows you visions of a different time. Anyone who stays too long is pulled into the vision.
